Citta' della Pieve

The house is located a few kilometers from the center of the bustling and cozy Città della Pieve after 300 meters of gravel road. The house has three floors. The typical oval windows of the attic are special. The stucco is also striking, with parts being cut open to show the original stones. The villa has a beautiful garden with many mature trees, such as oaks, holm oaks and even gorse. The building is internally divided into two completely independent real estate units, but which can be linked again with a small reopening of the existing door. The entrance gives access to the living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. There is also a bathroom and laundry room.
