This beach house is in a private and reclude position – with no neighbours around – only 10 meters from the seashore, and in front of the house is a small sandy beach. The location is between the fantastic Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve and the popular seaside resort of Specchiolla. The villa is 200 meters from the end of the tarmac road, continuino on a gravel road by the mighty Adriatic Sea.

The house was built in 1986 and completely renovated and modernized in 2021/2022 by the current owner. It has a net floor area of 98 m², a 40 m² veranda and 1,250 m² of enclosed garden. Mature hedges and stone walls surround the villa and offer complete privacy. The house comprises 4 bedrooms, each with A/C, king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Two kitchens, one interior and one on the porch, have been fitted. The house comes fully furnished with TV, and the kitchen with fridge, hob, cooker, pots and pans, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, glass and cutlery. The south-facing veranda has lounge chairs and a table.

The garden ha san above-ground pool with a deck, sun loungers, bean bag chairs and gazebo for al fresco dining, furnished with tables and chairs and a fireplace pit.

Ten minutes to the south is the beautiful Nature Reserve of Torre Guaceto. It offers an attractive escape from crowdy beach resorts as you find unspoiled beaches and no cars allowed here. The parking is at the visitor’s center, and there are organized nature walks, cycle trekkings and snorkeling trips. Ostuni, the famous “White City”, is one of the many historical small towns in this area. It has a population of 20,000 inhabitants and you will find an excellent supplì of stores, restaurants and bars in the town. From the top, there is a fascinating view of the landscape and the sea. Ostuni has a well-known and beautiful main square.

The Torre Guaceto nature reserve includes a marine reserve and a terrestrial reserve, both with high levels of biodiversity, and occupies a total area of 110 hectares which hosts a large number of animal species. In October 2019, the Blue Park Award was assigned to the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve by one of the most important global bodies for the conservation of marine environments, the Marine Conservation Institute in Oslo. The protected area of Torre Guaceto is the first Italian park to be awarded, thus becoming part of the Blue Parks network which includes 16 protected areas around the world, committed to safeguarding marine fauna, protecting critical habitats, promoting resistance to climate change and ensure the beauty of the oceans. Torre Guaceto boasts one of the richest biodiversity ecosystems in the Mediterranean, including oceanic posidonia meadows and Mediterranean coral formations; the beaches are characterized by pristine dunes up to 10 meters high, and there are numerous species of fauna that populate them. Torre Guaceto is also the ideal place for the nutrition and reproduction of the Caretta sea turtle.
