The property is set over several staggered levels, you enter through the large patio doors and find yourself in a beautiful bright living room with a fantastic arched window framing the view, very high beamed ceilings and an open fireplace. Up a few more steps, above the kitchen is the master bedroom, an imposing room with windows on two sides, high ceilings and beautiful terracotta floors. Here too there is a private bathroom with shower and bath. Upstairs is the guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom with high beamed ceilings. Just outside the house, on the south and west sides of the building, there are several patios to sit and enjoy the view.
The garden around the house is very pleasant with its trees, olive trees and shrubs, small steps lead gradually to the sunny pool.
There is a parking space next to the house and another 3 spaces in the parking lot a little further away.
