The farmhouse, on two floors, is divided into two residential units. The main apartment on the first floor consists of a large living room and a beautiful fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, three bedrooms, a second living room and three bathrooms; via an internal staircase you enter the room on the tower, from which you can enjoy a 360 degree view. On the ground floor you will find a practical apartment where you can accommodate your guests, consisting of a living room/kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Finally, you can use other useful spaces, to use as a cellar, closet, hobby room and clearing room.

The garden of almost one acre has a beautiful swimming pool of mt. 10 x 5, purified with an electrolysis system, with next to it a lovely stone gazebo for your lunches or dinners outside. The excellent location on the south and the absence of disturbing elements make this house a place where you can relax and make beautiful trips.

The property has undergone a major restoration in 2020 involving all finishes and systems on the first floor, the renovation of bathrooms and kitchens, the installation of a new biomass boiler, the construction of the swimming pool, the gate entrance and various other numerous minor interventions. The roof and fixtures have been completely overhauled. The floor on the first floor is in oak planks, while that on the ground floor is in terracotta.

All utilities are available. The water supply, as well as from a well, is provided by the municipal aqueduct.
