The panoramic view reaches to the sea in clear weather. In the vicinity are the coastal towns of Rimini, Fano, Senigallia and Ancona with their rich history and delicious seafood restaurants. A little further away are the beautiful university cities of Bologna, Urbino and Macerata (the 2nd opera city of Italy). The village of San Lorenzo in Campo, ten minutes away, is an idyllic place for all daily necessities and the weekly market. The area is ideal for walkers and sporty cyclists.

The whole can serve, without major modifications, as a family home with guest accommodations, but also offers the possibility to rent out a part as a holiday residence, where in addition to an owner's apartment a maximum of 4 apartments and 2 B & B rooms can be rented, or all possibilities in between.
