Recently restored 'Fienile', completely detached on a plot of approximately 1500 m2 with sublime views. In the heart of the province of Siena, about a 15-minute drive from the city and in the middle of the Chianti Classico vineyards, the old hay barn has been converted into a very comfortable and spacious home. The materials used are of high quality and offer both internally and externally a nice contrast between authentic Tuscan and modern design.

The building has 3 floors. On the ground floor it provides a complete house with spacious and light-filled with fireplace and patio doors to the garden. Furthermore, on this level you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An indoor staircase leads to the upper floor under the roof, where two more bedrooms and a bathroom have been realized in the central (highest) part.

Via an internal staircase, or possibly from the outside via the 'garage', you reach the basement where a room is furnished with a professional kitchen. The large garage is furnished as a living room so that, partly due to the presence of a bathroom, a complete apartment is created. Officially this is not a living space, but in the private sphere there are no problems to use these rooms in this way.
