Charming village house with different terraces. This village house is located in Fanghetto, at just 15 minutes from Ventimiglia and the sea, 60 minutes away from the ski slopes in Limone and from Nice Airport.
Fanghetto is a medieval village and the Roya river flows under it. It is just a short walk to the refreshing river.
The house is in perfect conditions, renovated some 20 years ago. The beautiful original floors were kept as much as possible .You enter in the large eat-in kitchen, which brings you to the living room with it’s lovely terrace facing north, with view over the mountains and the village of Piene Haute. This is an ideal terrace for the hot summer months.
At the right of the kitchen is the guest bedroom through which you reach an upper low room, ideal for children. This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower a work room and a cellar.
From the living room a staircase lead upstairs to the bedroom, a small lavatory and a south facing terrace. Another terrace is on a higher level, with a 360 degrees view.
