It is a fifteen minute drive from the ancient and charming town of Cagli with all amenities such as a theater, several nice restaurants and an extensive weekly market. The village lies in the valley of the river Certano. The area is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers, horseback riding and various mountain sports. The village house is located as one of the last houses on a small street that runs upwards from the village square. It therefore has a nice view of the village that can be reached from the house within 1 minute. The house, sandwiched between other houses has 3 floors.
