Villa Elprando has five bedrooms and a gym in the main house and there is a small chapel with two bedrooms, lounge and staff accommodation. The total property has circa 500 square meters of floor space.

Before it was transformed to a luxury villa, the property was used in the period between 2006 and 2009 as a boutique hotel. From 2010 is has been in use as an exclusive luxury villa with 14 weeks summer bookings at a rate of £ 3,900.00 per week.
