Gualdo

Casa Marchesi is a charming and typical Marchigiani farmhouse. On the ground floor are still the old stables. A lovely arched doorway and broad steps are leading to the restored first and second floor. Here you will find the kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor are four other bedrooms and a bathroom.

Even without the not yet restored ground floor is this farmhouse providing ample space for a large family. Converting the ground floor into more living space will give you the opportunity using the house as a country hotel, B&B or holiday apartments. The outbuilding with a total floor space of circa 60 square meters, divided over two floors, gives you still more possibilities.
