This property is a place for lovers of the famous white truffle (tartuffo bianco). The house is in the middle of a forest and literally surrounded by truffles. According to the owner it is possible to move the location of the house to open field. Also, you can improve the view on the Sibillini Mountains by cutting and trimming some more trees.
The house is a traditional Marchigiani farmhouse. As mentioned before, a good option would be to relocated the house and use the old materials. Especially the antique roof tiles (coppi) are very nice to have. Try finding them somewhere else is getting more difficult.
Included in the price is 12,5 hectares of mainly forest and…of course truffles!
