The house was built in the early 1900s by the grandfather of the owner, and was completely modernized and restored around 1990, while retaining the rustic style and using local materials, such as the typical white stone for the walls, wooden beams and the original cotto floors.

First floor: bedroom with balcony (hand-forged balustrade), bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and sink.

Enclosed garden (100 m²) with hand-forged entrance gate. The house has 2 separate entrances.

Paintwork is perfect, double glazing in wooden frames, central heating by means of a central heating system.
