The villa has three floors: on the ground floor, where the main entrance of the house is located, is the large living room with a characteristic fireplace by the famous architect Via Magistretti. A more intimate room is used as a TV room, directly connected to the spacious dining room that can accommodate up to 16 people. The materials used are all of the highest quality, such as the oak parquet for the floor throughout the house, with the exception of some rooms where tiles have been added (see gym) or Indian stone. The kitchen worktops are all in polished Carrara marble, while the bathrooms are in travertine. Each radiator is covered with special, custom-made wooden panels.
