The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small quiet wing of the overall complex, on the outside. This complex was built in 2005 in a rustic rural typical Italian style. From the apartment there is a view of a lush garden all around, so a green view, but without the work required for the maintenance of a garden.

The balcony faces east, which means morning sun, nice to have breakfast outside. And in the evening there is shade, which makes it a pleasant place to eat outside, especially in the summer. The complex also includes a (common) swimming pool, which can be used by all residents of the complex. Around the pool there is plenty of space with grass and trees to sit, sunbathe, relax, etc.

The apartment is fully furnished and consists of a cozy living room with fireplace. The open kitchen has the necessary equipment, such as oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and 4-burner hob. Then there is a bathroom, with toilet, sink, shower, bidet and washing machine. And also two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, coat rack, mirror and cozy furnishings. Under the building is a large space with a separate (parking) garage for each house in the complex. The apartment is currently well rented out. Lago di Trasimeno is located in the north of Umbria and is also the center of Italy, seen from north to south and from east to west.
