Azienda Mastrocola is situated on a large panoramic site, with splendid views over the Marchigiana hills, with the dramatic Sibillini mountain range in the background.

The property stands on one hectare of land. It includes the main building; originally a farmhouse where the families lived on the first floor, with stabling on the ground floor, and the old tobacco drying tower to the side of the house.

The old farmhouse and tobacco drying tower are converted into 5 ‘town’ houses, whilst the smaller building houses two characterful country cottages. The interior and exterior restoration of the buildings is being carried out in accordance with building regulations and is in keeping with traditional rural Marchigiana architecture, including stone facades, wood-beamed ceilings and floors with terra cotta tiles.

The outside of the houses are a mix of old brick and lovely rich Mediterranean plaster.

The whole property has 1 ha (10.000m2) of land which has been divided in seven private gardens, each with a private parking space. There is a large communally owned area with a 18m x 5m swimming pool, sun terrace, pergola and a storage facility for garden furniture.

Loro Piceno is an historic town. Home to numerous cultural and gastronomic festivals, it's famous for Vino Cotto, a special wine that's "cooked" to reach its peak of flavor and is drunk after dinner. Plus, you're in the "Golden Triangle" of Le Marche that puts you in the middle of it all - 30 minutes to the beach and the same to hiking and skiing in the majestic Sibillini Mountains. Loro Piceno boasts two of the region’s best restaurants, one of which is listed in the Michelin Guide. Market days and local festas abound in the town and nearby villages, with a good choice of shopping and café's in town.
