This luxury restored Casa Colonica consist of two spacious apartments and a cosy four persons apartment. The farmhouse is set on a hill with breathtaking views over the Marchigiana valleys and hills, the vineyards of Rosso Piceno Superiore with in the background the Sibillini mountains.

The downstairs has been transformed in a huge apartment and a smaller apartment. The third apartment is on the first floor and reached by the old outside staircase. All apartments have their own entrance.

Not only the views are amazing, Casa Colonica degli Ulivi is set in its own Olive grove and has a pool (6x12 m) from where one can enjoy this whole scenery and relax.

On the ground floor, you find a spacious 180m² apartment. There is the sitting room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms of which two have a shower and one a bathtub.

The second cosy apartment is also located on the ground level. It has a floorspace of circa 55m² and has an independent entrance. There is a nice kitchen with a little romantic fireplace in brick, two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. 

Taking the old outdoor staircase going up to the first floor one reaches the spacious apartment One enters in the living room with traditional fireplace of this 200m² large apartment. There is also a dining area with a spacious fully fitted kitchen. There are four double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
