San Ginesio

Casa Pieroni is a large and spacious country house. It is probably built 20th century, but it was renovated in 1985 and 2012. During the last renovation, it got a new roof and the foundations were reinforced. This renovation has been well documented by the owners. Structurally the house is in a good condition and immediately habitable. Yet, there is still some work to be done to make the house more enjoyable and comfortably habitable.

It is possible to create a beautiful large family house or to convert it into several apartments.

The living area is approximately 220 m2 divided over three floors (the third floor is a loft with reasonable height). There is also an outbuilding of about 40 m2. Currently, this is used as a storage but, after restoration, it is possible to convert it into a small cottage. The house is beautiful located in the middle of the plot and it is partially fenced. In total, the plot is 0.80 hectares. It is possible to construct a swimming pool.

It is easily accessible and close to a small hamlet with a small shop. Not far is the town of San Ginesio which has a beautiful square, shops and restaurants. Almost at the same distance lies Tolentino and the superstrada (SS77)

The house is private but not remote. It has a great view of the Sibillini Mountains.
