Piobbico

This house is located at 550 meters above sea level at the edge of a small village in the mountains near the Umbria-Marche Monte Nerone, in the municipality of Piobbico (province of Pesaro-Urbino). The house is surrounded by nature and silence, with a garden all around and panoramic views over the village and the surrounding mountains. This mountain village is not accessible to cars. Thereby it breathes the absolute calm, which is characteristic for a mountain village like this.

You can reach the house in a couple of minutes walking (250m). The last renovation of this villa was in 2008; The house has two entrances and contains two mini apartments that can be used as bedrooms with own bathroom. In the living room there is a large window with sliding doors with double glazed windows which makes the living very bright. The place is perfect for those who love nature and want to reconnect with it. It is a perfect place for home working; there is internet and Wi-Fi available.

It fits very well for a second home in the mountains for those who want to escape from the bustle of the city. The village is less then five kilometers away from the main road “Appecchiese” and 20min. from the Superstrada E78 Fano-Grosseto. The house offers a large veranda, an entrance-kitchen-dining room with fireplace; dining room with a sliding glass wall, two bedrooms with bathrooms, a great room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and wc and separate entrance.

The floors are of terrazzo and ceramic. The heating is provided with a wood stove and two pellet stoves. A solar thermal plant provides the hot water and this is connected with the electric system. On three sides of the house, there are wooden pergolas. The house is already set up for activities of a small Bed & Breakfast. On the adjacent site, which can be bought for €30.000, there is a barn of 100m2 to be restored, in which 2 apartments can be realized.
